Join the MindSpring teaching team

We are open for applications from new and experienced tutors across all school subjects. If you teach primary or secondary students — national syllabus, IGCSE or UEC — we would like to hear from you.

We read every application. If your subjects match what our students need, we will contact you to arrange a conversation.

What we look for

  • Subject confidence

    You know your subject well enough to explain it more than one way when the first way does not land.

  • Patience with the gap

    Most students who struggle are missing something from an earlier year. You are willing to go back for it.

  • Reliability

    Lessons happen when they are scheduled, and you tell us early when they cannot.

  • Wherever you are

    We run online and physical classes. New tutors are welcome — experience helps but is not required.
