Using this website

This site is operated by MindSpring Tuition. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site.

Registering interest

Completing the registration form is an enquiry, not a contract. It does not commit you to enrolling or to paying anything. We will contact you to confirm your child’s level and discuss the right class before anything is scheduled. Only you, as the parent or guardian, may register a child.

Fees

Fees depend on the subject, level, class format and number of hours, and are quoted to you directly. Any figure quoted is valid for the arrangement described in that quote. This website does not publish prices and nothing on it is an offer to contract.

Classes, absence and replacements

• Please tell us as early as you can if your child cannot attend. Parents with a portal account can submit an absence notice there; otherwise call or WhatsApp us.
• Replacement classes can be requested and are arranged subject to teacher and room availability. They are not guaranteed.
• If we have to cancel a class we will tell affected families and arrange a replacement or credit.
• Timetables may change with notice. We will contact everyone affected.

Portal accounts

Accounts are personal. Do not share your password or let anyone else use your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access. Each role sees only its own information, and we log administrative actions.

Materials

Notes, worksheets and other materials we provide are for the enrolled student’s personal study. Please do not redistribute or sell them. Content on this website, including the MindSpring name and logo, belongs to MindSpring Tuition.

What we promise, and what we do not

We will teach carefully, prepare properly and tell you honestly how your child is doing. We cannot and do not guarantee any particular examination grade or result — anyone who does is not being straight with you.
